Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to ascertain their needs
  • Design, develop, and execute business solutions for information systems
  • Advise on strategies, policies, management, and service delivery for information systems
  • Evaluate physical and technical security vulnerabilities related to data, software, and hardware
  • Create policies, procedures, and contingency plans to mitigate the impact of security incidents
  • Formulate and enforce policies and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
  • Manage conflict situations effectively
  • Perform usability testing
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
  • Document and execute results of software application tests and telecommunications systems tests
