About the Role

As a Dynamics CE Functional Architect at Hitachi Solutions, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our customers in North America. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for technology and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing associated issues and risks, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Business Analysis: Identify clients' sales, marketing, and customer service or field service requirements through discovery meetings, and design and lead the system architecture process to create, define specifications for, and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation to ensure seamless adoption of our solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and continue to refine CRM implementation standards and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present tailored demonstrations of our technology solutions to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong Industry Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the CRM industry and Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) product.
  • Technical Expertise: Have 6+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant or Architect in Dynamics CE (CRM), with a strong background in system design and implementation.
  • Business Analysis Skills: Demonstrate excellent business analysis skills, including requirements and business process elicitation and documentation.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience.
  • Certifications: Possess Microsoft CRM Application certification (such as MB-200, MB-300, MB-600, MB2-710, or MB2-716) and/or Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or similar).
  • Industry Experience: Have experience in manufacturing, insurance, and/or banking industries, and familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
