Job Title: Dynamics CE Functional Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CE Functional Architect to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for driving Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, serving as the main point of contact for clients, and managing project issues and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and lead system architecture process and implement customizations
  2. Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation
  3. Identify client's sales, marketing, and customer service requirements
  4. Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases
  5. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage project issues and risks

Requirements:

  1. Strong CRM industry and product knowledge
  2. 6+ years of Dynamics CE (CRM) experience as a Functional Consultant or Architect
  3. 4+ years of experience in system design
  4. 4+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  5. Familiarity with relational database concepts

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field
  2. Microsoft CRM Application certification
  3. Business Analysis Certification or other related industry certifications
  4. Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  5. Experience in manufacturing, insurance, and/or banking industries
