Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nova Scotia. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Meeting Coordination: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to maintain accurate records.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Recruitment Support: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely meetings.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and timely execution.
- Customer Service: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages to provide excellent customer service.
- Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions.
- Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain professional standards.
- Research: Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information.
- Data Entry: Perform data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations to support business needs.
- Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
