Destinationone Consulting is a full-service recruitment firm specializing in the permanent placement of professionals on contingency and retained-search basis. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support payroll processing by verifying employee time cards and creating reports for bi-weekly payroll in Canada and the US.
  • Provide frontline support to employees daily, addressing company policies, employee relations, and annual programs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and reference checks for all open positions in Canada & the US.
  • Support training through scheduling and managing training documentation, attendance tracking, certifications, etc.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system, as well as physical files on a regular basis.
  • File and organize HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in administering and monitoring engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee uniforms with a service provider, including ordering new uniforms and resolving shortage issues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and provincial employment requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a Human Resources function.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented.
  • Patience and good listening skills.
  • Ability to solve problems individually.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Multilingual (English and Punjabi/Hindi) an asset.
