About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Tanx Transport Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on production and other key performance indicators.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend measures to enhance work methods and improve productivity.
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
    • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions and participate in the co-ordination of repairs and rentals.
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
