Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Red River Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our trucking fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our trucking fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
