Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Red River Transport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our trucking fleet, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our trucking fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Monitor and Control the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the transportation industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
