Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of transportation professionals to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and performance
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to meet customer demands
    • Monitor and control transportation costs to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards
    • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a transportation or logistics role
    • Permanent employment
    • English as the primary language of work
    • 30 to 40 hours of work per week
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced transportation environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
