About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Manager to join our Global Functions Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strategic projects focused on Risk, Compliance & Data portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct activities on planning, delivery, and implementation to ensure enterprise-wide program strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope, and budget.
  • Work directly with Risk & Compliance Change Management and across business partners to manage programs with high value, complexity, and uncertainty.
  • Translate the project vision into program high-level scope, design, and executables, and develop, monitor, and execute project plans.
  • Coordinate timely execution of major milestones, approvals, sign-offs, and implementation, and coordinate release of deliverables mitigating any risks & issues.
  • Regularly report progress of project status, milestones, achievements, RAID, and budgetary standing in both formal and informal settings.
  • Actively manage all vendor deliverables for the project, and coach and mentor individual project managers who have a direct reporting line and/or contributing into the program.
  • Develop and present project business cases to the appropriate approval committees, and provide regular risk assessments and work with Operational Risk team on mitigation strategies and monitoring.
  • Experience in managing delivery of application development programs of approx. $5MM to 20MM annual spend of high complexity, managing project scope, time, cost, and quality in a matrix environment.
  • High level of general management skills, including leading, negotiating, communicating, and team building, with a minimum of 10 years success as an IT project manager, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
