Job Description

Project and Planning Manager

The Project and Planning Manager is a key role within EightSix Network, responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of corporate projects. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Governance
    • Provide guidance and advice to project managers on preparing concise reports and proposals.
    • Advise senior leadership on project resource allocation and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Manage a wide range of projects executed by cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with project leaders to address issues and ensure project success.
    • Develop and maintain project management documentation and processes.
  • Strategic Initiatives
    • Assist in the preparation of strategic documents and presentations.
    • Provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on special projects.
    • Collaborate with departmental colleagues on related duties.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field, such as business administration.
  • PMP designation or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
