Job Title: Customer Service Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join our team at AYN Immigration Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Work Environment:

The Customer Service Agent will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of office and remote work arrangements.
