About AYN Immigration Services Ltd.

We are a dynamic team seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to written and oral customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Provide detailed information to customers about our services and products.
  • Process billing and refunds as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics.
  • Assess customer feedback and concerns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform general office duties and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
