  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Work Environment: Private sector organizationKey Responsibilities:
  • Set work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and timelines
  • Oversee administrative functions of the organization
  • Coordinate and plan office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Conduct data entry tasks
  • Organize and schedule work on various sites
  • Prepare payroll documentation
  • Manage inventory of office equipment
  • Assess materials and labor requirements for projects
  • Verify accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other reports
  • Facilitate shipping, receiving, and storage operations
  • Deliver customer service support
  • Update web pages, applets, and scripts as needed
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make necessary reservations
  • Plan and schedule events, programs, and activitiesCertifications and Qualifications:
  • First Aid CertificationTechnical Skills:
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite
  • Familiar with WordPress
  • Knowledgeable in computerized bookkeeping systemsWork Conditions:
