Key Responsibilities- Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that positively impact our player experience.
- Complete complex escalations of customer service issues related to their gaming experience.
- Collaborate with player health teams to ensure our products are aligned with our responsible gambling ambitions.
- Collaborate with service providers on business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.
- You will be an exceptional leader, planning & assigning work and developing your team.
- You will be an exceptional communicator, owning strategic relationships and being able to bring teams together to solve complex problems.
- You will be a problem solver with the understanding of when to escalate when necessary.
- You will have strong analytical skills to understand market trends, financial impacts.
- You will work with your service provider to ensure BCLC's marketing initiatives are being supported.
- You will effectively manage your time across multiple locations and issues that arise and the ability to work outside of typical daily hours.
