The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our gaming services, maximizing profit and revenue generation, and ensuring our direct delivery of casino entertainment in a socially responsible manner with high integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues that positively impact our player experience.
  • Complete complex escalations of customer service issues related to their gaming experience.
  • Collaborate with player health teams to ensure our products are aligned with our responsible gambling ambitions.
  • Collaborate with service providers on business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • You will be an exceptional leader, planning & assigning work and developing your team.
  • You will be an exceptional communicator, owning strategic relationships and being able to bring teams together to solve complex problems.
  • You will be a problem solver with the understanding of when to escalate when necessary.
  • You will have strong analytical skills to understand market trends, financial impacts.
  • You will work with your service provider to ensure BCLC's marketing initiatives are being supported.
  • You will effectively manage your time across multiple locations and issues that arise and the ability to work outside of typical daily hours.
