About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Consultant to join our team at Avid ActionCOACH Business Growth Community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Provide Sales Support
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Provide sales training and coaching to team members
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage Public Relations
    • Develop and implement public relations strategies to build brand awareness and reputation
    • Manage media relations and respond to media inquiries
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
  • Conduct Market Research
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain market research reports and analysis
    • Provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions
  • Develop and Maintain Marketing Materials
    • Develop and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, reports, and presentations
    • Design and develop marketing campaigns and promotions
    • Manage and maintain the company's website and social media presence
  • Provide Business Consulting Services
    • Provide business consulting services to clients to help them achieve their business goals
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Provide coaching and training to clients to help them develop their business skills
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Experience
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or public relations
    • Skills
      • Strong marketing and sales skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
