- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational activities and projects, monitoring expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and drive continuous improvement. Provide comprehensive reports to the group's CEO and board of directors.
- Marketing and Social Media: Develop and implement marketing strategies, including managing social media channels, to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and support business growth.
- Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven track record in operations management, preferably within the electrical or solar industry, with a strong track record of optimizing processes and managing complex projects.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Project Management: Solid project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
