The Role

The Manager, Business Operations will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of BCLC's gaming services, with a focus on maximizing profit and revenue generation while maintaining high integrity and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the player experience.
  • Lead complex escalations of customer service issues related to gaming experiences.
  • Collaborate with player health teams to ensure products align with responsible gambling ambitions.
  • Work with service providers to develop business plans that align with revenue targets, divisional strategies, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to plan, assign work, and develop teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand market trends and financial impacts.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple locations and issues, with the ability to work outside of typical daily hours.
