As a Resource Planner, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to workforce planning. This role involves working independently and collaboratively as part of a team, exercising judgment, initiative, and multi-tasking skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, update, and maintain technician schedules.
- Assist with technician onboarding procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support with speed and accuracy.
- Learns, interprets, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
- Maintain and organize document files.
- Assist other staff in office duties as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English (verbal and written).
- Excellent computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to problem solve and work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service.
- Experience in an administrative/dispatch capacity considered an asset.
- Strong telephone etiquette and dispatching experience is an asset.
