About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a key member of our spa team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing spa operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness centre.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.
- Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
- Prior Spa or fitness center experience.
- Prior reception or customer service experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Ability to work in Canada.
