Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion with our partners.
  • Proactively communicate with partners to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure seamless integration with our products.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all business-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions to drive growth.
  • Conduct regular performance calls and meetings with partners to ensure they're meeting their business objectives and providing the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and services, using this knowledge to educate partners on their benefits and usage.
  • Identify new potential partners and develop strategies to acquire and onboard them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving critical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the organization of events, such as workshops and webinars, to educate and engage our partners.
Requirements:
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence partners over the phone.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
