As an Accounting Manager at DRW, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leveraging your accounting and analysis skills to drive business growth and improvement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily and monthly General Ledger functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Leading the month-end close process across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions
  • Preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy
  • Managing Accounts Payable and collaborating with auditors to prepare year-end work papers
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiencies
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of internal systems and data flows
  • Performing system entries for foreign and domestic wires, and assisting with costing analysis
  • Project managing projects as needed and creating ad-hoc reports

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with a CPA certification preferred
  • 4-7 years of public or corporate accounting experience, with IT services industry experience a plus
  • Strong experience creating reports in Excel and previous experience working with Great Plains
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and solid work ethic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
