Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at Vantage Data Centers. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of accountants responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, including general ledger integrity, bank and G/L account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA designation or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization.
- Experience in multi-currency and complex, multi-tiered entity environments.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
