About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barburrito Mexican Fresh Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
    • Establish work schedules
