Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Golden Food Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Prepare and submit reports on food quality and customer satisfaction
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales and customer feedback
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
