We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2635875 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service and food quality.
- Food Preparation and Service: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest standards, meeting quality control standards and customer expectations.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Budgeting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators, as well as preparing budget and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
