Position Overview

The Food Service Operations Manager at Adrak Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the daily functions of our dining establishment, ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Financial Responsibilities

Manage a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the range of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Prepare financial statements, cash reports, and balance sheets.
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee inventory management and organization.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other essentials.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services and facility usage.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
