About the Role

Rams Hospitality Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are working in a safe and healthy environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service and quality food production.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
