Reports to: Senior Manager, Financial Systems

Mattamy Asset Management (MAM) is on the lookout for a Financial Systems Administrator to enhance their team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in facilitating Mattamy's financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical systems, with a primary focus on Oracle PBCS and OneStream platforms. This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with the finance leadership team and contribute significantly to the evolution and upkeep of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver primary support for Oracle PBCS and OneStream platforms
  • Conduct system maintenance tasks to ensure timely updates and data integrity
  • Implement system procedures to bolster financial operations
  • Oversee user security updates and assessments
  • Assist in the deployment of financial applications and provide ongoing support
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system administration documentation
  • Engage in internal and external audit support for security measures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial consolidation or planning systems
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Aptitude for building relationships across various organizational levels
