Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team at TOTEM RECRUITER. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain client accounts, including opening and updating accounts in our internal system.
  • Financial Operations: Initiate and follow up on account openings and transfers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Database Management: Maintain up-to-date records in various databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Production: Prepare and produce various documents as required.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Education: DEC in Administration or equivalent.
