Job Title: Human Resources Manager

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and labor relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
  • Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and life insurance
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Manage HR budgets and resources
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
  • Criminal record check required
