NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and labor relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer benefits programs, including health, dental, and life insurance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to support business objectives
- Manage HR budgets and resources
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 7 months of experience in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- 35 hours per week
- English language required
- Criminal record check required
