Hospitality Systems Manager

Position Overview
The Restaurant Systems Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business systems and support software within the restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Operations team to oversee and enhance support software and business systems.
- Assess hardware and software requirements in conjunction with location managers.
- Design and implement menu items, menus, and Point of Sale (POS) configurations.
- Create training materials and assist location managers in effectively training their staff.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on menu launches and promotional activities.
- Facilitate training sessions for new users, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Analyze POS and inventory data to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
- Manage the procurement and deployment of new devices, maintaining accurate hardware inventory records.
- Perform general administrative tasks and provide on-site assistance as needed.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with POS Systems, Inventory Control Systems, and related software.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
