Position Overview

The Restaurant Systems Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business systems and support software within the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Business Operations team to oversee and enhance support software and business systems.
  • Assess hardware and software requirements in conjunction with location managers.
  • Design and implement menu items, menus, and Point of Sale (POS) configurations.
  • Create training materials and assist location managers in effectively training their staff.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team on menu launches and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new users, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze POS and inventory data to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Manage the procurement and deployment of new devices, maintaining accurate hardware inventory records.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide on-site assistance as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Familiarity with POS Systems, Inventory Control Systems, and related software.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
