About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Manage the seamless operation of all dining services, ensuring compliance with regulations, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of growth, engagement, and accountability.
  • Financial Acumen: Oversee budgeting, cost management, and revenue enhancement strategies, applying analytical skills to optimize financial performance.
  • Guest Experience: Commit to the highest standards of guest service, proactively addressing feedback and implementing improvements to exceed expectations.
  • Culinary Innovation: Collaborate with beverage and culinary experts to refine and innovate our offerings, staying ahead of industry trends and aligning with guest preferences.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in food and beverage management within a high-volume and upscale restaurant environment.
  • Exceptional leadership capabilities, proven in developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong financial management skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • A deep passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to service excellence.
  • Preferred educational background with a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
