Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stavrose Hospitality Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that we are adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player.
