Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial transactions, including balancing cash and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.
  • Assist customers with wine selection and service.

Certifications

Possession of a **Smart Serve** certification is required.

Product Knowledge

Familiarity with **beer and spirits** is essential for this role.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in **MS Excel**, **MS Outlook**, and point of sale systems.
  • Experience with spreadsheet and reservation software is an asset.
