Hospitality Service Coordinator

Baba's Hospitality Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Mixology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Bar Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our bar, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Cocktail Creation: Develop and implement new cocktail menus, ensuring that our offerings are creative, unique, and appealing to our guests.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have a positive experience.
- Team Management: Supervise and train our bartending staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of spirits, mixers, and other bar supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our guests' needs.
- Financial Management: Manage our bar's finances, including processing transactions, managing cash and credit sales, and maintaining accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, standing for extended periods
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, organized, reliability, team player, positive attitude
