Office Operations Manager Position

We are seeking a proficient Office Operations Manager to oversee administrative functions within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a College/CEGEP education along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in office management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and enhance existing administrative protocols
  • Delegate responsibilities to support personnel
  • Establish priorities while ensuring adherence to established procedures and timelines
  • Execute administrative duties for the organization
  • Administer policies and guidelines regarding document release
  • Facilitate office services, including logistics, equipment, and safety measures
  • Gather data and generate reports, manuals, and official correspondence
  • Oversee and streamline office administrative processes
Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising a team of 16-20 individuals
  • Expertise in MS Office applications and electronic communication
  • Access to public transportation
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment with stringent deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
