About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Supervisor to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our Vacation Ownership business line, you will be responsible for leading the daily operation of guest service shifts, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the daily operation of guest service shifts, including planning and coordinating front- and back-of-house guest service operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Manage room inventory, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Administer schedule adjustments to meet guest, associate, and financial requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills for customer service approaches.
  • Support customer service standards that exceed guest expectations and communicate reservation flag information.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and train staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent hospitality service skills.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs, including property management systems.
  • Comprehension and literacy for analyzing reports.
  • 1 year of supervisory or management level experience.
  • 1 year of hotel, timeshare, or hospitality service experience.
