We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Assistant Manager to join our team at Vail Resorts. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Product Sales and Services departments, including Guest Services, Snow School Sales, and Reservations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our resort.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Knowledge of resort operations and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
