Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shifts are covered, managing and maintaining the scheduling software, database, and payroll, and serving as the main point of contact for all guards.

Responsibilities:

* Create, modify, and update work schedules for frontline Paladin Security employees in the Calgary branch
* Work with Client Service Managers to strategically plan schedules and keep client and worksite information accurate
* Facilitate effective communication across departments regarding vacation requests, shift pick-ups, and last-minute book-offs
* Capture and report statistics related to overtime usage, while developing and implementing strategies for minimizing it
* Conduct audits and maintain accuracy of all entries in the scheduling software (WinTeam)

Requirements:

* High School Diploma/GED
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week
