Account Executive for Sales Solutions

I. Resumen del Trabajo
El rol de Ejecutivo de Cuentas Senior (ECS) es responsable de la prospección y cierre de ventas a nuevos clientes para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas presupuestados. Esta posición desarrolla e implementa estrategias de venta efectivas que aseguran el crecimiento de ingresos a niveles de rentabilidad objetivo o superiores mediante la venta a nuevos clientes. Además, el rol es responsable de gestionar las relaciones comerciales existentes para lograr los objetivos de ventas y precios presupuestados mediante el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de retención sólidas, utilizando esfuerzos de negociación para preservar negocios y asegurar acuerdos contractuales de clientes previamente no contratados.
El Ejecutivo de Cuentas Senior se encargará de "salvar, asegurar y convertir" al manejar todas las solicitudes de cancelación de clientes, proporcionando educación continua sobre los detalles del contrato a los clientes existentes y obteniendo compromisos contractuales de los clientes durante interacciones cara a cara. Todas las escalaciones de servicio al cliente dentro del territorio definido serán resueltas a través de esta posición. Los ECS son responsables de mantener y aumentar el valor facturable en sus cuentas asignadas.

Oficina: Este trabajo opera principalmente en un entorno de oficina profesional y requiere rutinariamente el uso de equipos de oficina estándar como computadoras, teléfonos, fotocopiadoras, etc.
El rango salarial esperado para esta posición es de $65,560 - $78,540. El salario específico ofrecido a un candidato puede verse influenciado por una variedad de factores, incluyendo la experiencia relevante del candidato, educación, capacitación, certificaciones, calificaciones y ubicación laboral. Además, esta posición es elegible para comisiones.
