Job Title: Sales Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Director to lead our sales efforts in the Ontario to British Columbia territory.

About the Role:

The Sales Account Director will be responsible for implementing business development strategy and managing sales team productivity, planning and executing sales under their responsibility and that of their team, and generating sales opportunities for our solutions, meeting with customers, and making financial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and growth.
  • Government Relations: Manage government relations with our partners to ensure compliance and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Team Management: Manage the internal sales team by prioritizing tasks and coordinating opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Account Management: Manage the account managers under their responsibility by coaching, training, and accompanying them to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Interact with the team to define the sales strategy by product and implement it effectively in the market.

Requirements:

  • 10 Years of Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Strong knowledge of sales funnel management to drive sales growth.
  • Language Skills: Fluent strong English is required (spoken and written).
  • Contract Knowledge: Basic legal knowledge of contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Market Understanding: Excellent understanding of market issues to drive sales growth.
