About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at WM. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in our assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Closing Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve budgeted sales goals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to grow billable value and prevent account losses.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Solutions: Propose and implement solutions that meet customers' needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers and Plant Managers, to resolve customer issues and improve sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of work experience in direct business-to-business sales, business-to-business cold calling, and phone-based business-to-business prospecting.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to build relationships, and proficiency with computer and software applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This role primarily operates in a professional office environment and requires the use of standard office equipment.
