The GWAM Operations graduate program encompasses eight distinct business units within the Operations sector.

Business Units: The GWAM Operations organization includes:

  • Performance Measurement and Analytics: Enhancing the investment process by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality performance measurement, attribution, and analytics services.
  • GWAM Data Office: Leading the transformation to utilize data as a strategic asset in alignment with our business objectives.

Training and Development: Our comprehensive training program focuses on three foundational areas: Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Continuous Improvement. Participate in professional development events designed to enhance soft skills, foster networking, and encourage mentorship.

Community Engagement: Connect with a network of new graduates working in GWAM operations across various locations, all eager to learn and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities: Apply the skills and knowledge acquired through training in areas such as:

  • Data mining, analysis, and visualization
  • Process assessment and root cause analysis
  • Prioritization and presentation of findings
  • Understanding customer needs and NPS

Daily tasks may vary by team and could include:

  • Valuation oversight
  • Trade processing and reconciliation
  • Risk management
  • Vendor oversight
  • Tax compliance
  • Financial reporting
  • Client onboarding
  • Shareholder record maintenance
  • Data management and dashboard creation

Qualifications: Candidates should be graduating from an accredited university with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. We seek individuals who are:

  • Analytical and enjoy working with data to solve complex problems
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to contribute wherever necessary
  • Skilled in time management, planning, and communication
  • Knowledgeable about the financial services industry, particularly in wealth and asset management
