About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Seaville Transport Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse performance and operations.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop warehouse staff in duties and policies to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
