Job Summary:

The Amusement Cashier at Cineplex Entertainment will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and ensuring all transactions are in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests
  • Upsell retail items and explain product features
  • Handle cash transactions according to company standards
  • Set up and tear down for events
  • Inform guests of promotions and events
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Quick addition skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to manage a counter

Work Environment:

  • Varied shifts
  • Working independently for full shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Interacting with guests of all ages
