As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making and receiving telephone calls to existing and new customers, promoting our products and services, and meeting established sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Place and receive calls to/from existing customers to promote products and services.
- Contact new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed established sales goals, while consistently meeting program requirements.
- Provide exceptional sales and customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Accurately input, retrieve, and access customer information from our computer system.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, displaying a positive attitude and eagerness to help.
- Stay informed of program changes and updates, and participate in training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Assume other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex information into common terms.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, work well with others, and maintain a positive attitude that reflects favorably upon the company.
- Accuracy when performing all work assignments, with a focus on meeting and exceeding established goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
