The Client Support Representative plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive support for all aspects of the Dealer-FX Retail Service Solution. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary support contact for incoming client inquiries through phone and email.
  2. Utilize your analytical and communication skills to resolve complex issues and provide accurate solutions for incoming requests in line with service level agreements.
  3. Manage multiple ongoing support tickets efficiently.
  4. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure clients receive timely updates and resolutions.
  5. Demonstrate a quick learning ability and a passion for new technologies.
  6. Navigate intricate cases with creativity, escalating issues as needed while maintaining thorough documentation.
  7. Proactively address customer concerns and offer training on best practices related to our software solutions.
  8. Conduct root cause analysis for user-related problems.
  9. Participate in a monthly on-call support rotation.
Qualifications:
  1. A college diploma or university degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Experience in a helpdesk or call center environment is advantageous.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
