Role Overview:

  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, assess requirements, and suggest implementation strategies.
  • Assist with middleware and intricate application settings.
  • Deliver expert support for telecommunication systems.
  • Plan, install, configure, and upgrade software components in accordance with company protocols.
  • Foster and maintain cooperative working relationships.
  • Contribute to the optimization of operations and the creation of user reference materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support for end-users, services, products, and solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident management processes.
  • Proven skills in end-user assistance, problem resolution, and effective communication.
  • No prior Canadian work experience is necessary, but candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
