About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Elm Hurst Inn & Spa. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
